Pungo Board House

Pungo Board House is a surf and skate shop in Pungo, in southern Virginia Beach. Dylan Rogers and his wife Kari opened it in 2007 under the name CORE surf and skate shop. Dylan has more than fifteen years of surfing and skating experience; his brother Lucas Rogers is a professional surfer.

The shop builds its own boards: custom surfboards hand-shaped on site (mini-groms, fishes, high-performance thrusters, funboards, longboards, SUPs), with airbrush, resin tint or swirl options. It also offers glassing, sells materials to build or fix your own board (blanks, resin) and buys used surfboards.

A repair workshop handles surfboards, skimboards and SUPs in polyurethane, epoxy or carbon, by estimate at the shop. The store also carries skate gear, clothing from small brands and local artists, and its own line (tees, hats, sweatshirts, rash guards). Pungo Board House also builds custom skate ramps.
