Palais Rhoul Dakhla is a twelve-room luxury guest house facing the lagoon at 100 Boulevard Mohammed V, a few minutes from the airport, and the oldest residence in town. Every room has its own proportions and orientation, from the 16 m² Alcôve to the two-bedroom Suite Complice, most with a south-facing private terrace over the sea and the desert. Heated pool in season, private beach and pontoon, fitness room, spa and hammam, and a table built around fresh fish and seafood.
On the water, the house operates in its own right: it keeps three boats and the necessary equipment moored and stored on site, and arranges, on request, sea outings, paddleboarding, kayaking, wakeboarding and kitesurfing, depending on the day's conditions and the guests' level. A whole page is given over to kitesurfing: sessions are built around wind, tide and swell, and the instructors steer guests towards PK25, Speed Spot, Lassarga or the White Dune. Private lessons, pairs, small groups, equipment rental, wingfoiling and supervised downwinders are offered subject to availability; the page links through to the partner school Kite No Limit.
Kitesurfing and watersports have to be arranged in advance: the house asks guests to say so at booking if that is the main purpose of the stay. There is no telephone switchboard — everything goes through email, answered individually. Airport transfer on request. French, English and Spanish at reception.
