Hôtel Oasis Dakhla is a seven-room boutique house on the edge of the lagoon, on Boulevard Mohammed V in town. It has an infinity pool, a small private beach and pontoon, a roof terrace, a courtyard lit at night, a tagine restaurant and a Moroccan breakfast thrown in with every direct booking. Rooms range from 15 m² on the ground floor to a 50 m² second-floor suite, all with king-size beds, marble walk-in showers, air conditioning, wifi, TV and a safe, for two people maximum.
The kitesurfing side is run by a named school under an exclusive partnership: Kite No Limit. The hotel presents it as its own on-site school and advertises lessons, equipment rental and downwinders. The Kite No Limit team picks guests up at the hotel itself and drives them by 4×4 to the spots, from the lagoon — White Dune, Speed Spot — to the Oum Labouir wave on the ocean side. Kitesurfers bring their own harness; the rest of the gear is rented locally.
The hotel also arranges the private airport transfer, fifteen to twenty minutes away, with a name board on arrival, and gives access on request to the spa at Palais Rhoul Dakhla, the group's other house a few doors along. Staff speak French, English and Spanish. Non-smoking rooms, no pets.
The hotel publishes no lesson, rental or kitesurf package prices: those belong to Kite No Limit. Prepayment may be required depending on the period, and cancellation terms are stated at booking. Prices checked on 6 October 2026, with no validity date shown.
Check-in from 3 p.m., arrivals after midnight possible with notice; check-out before 11 a.m. Breakfast is served from 8 to 10 a.m.
No opening season is published. The hotel only says the trade winds blow “most of the year”, with stronger spells in spring and autumn. On certain dates the house takes bookings by recommendation, with a 3- to 7-night minimum.
