Riding Kite Morocco

Riding Kite Morocco is a travelling watersports school founded by Abdessamad Moudeni, whose main base is in Dakhla from March to October. It is attached to no lagoon camp: every morning the team reads the wind and tide forecast, then drives its students by 4×4 to the day's spot, from hidden lagoons to the wild waves of Lassarga and the White Dune. From November to February it follows the wind to its secondary bases along the Atlantic coast — Essaouira, Oualidia, Casablanca and Tangier.

Teaching is done by IKO certified instructors, in groups of at most four students, semi-private or one to one, with radio coaching while riding. Every published price covers the full equipment, the instructor, the 4×4 transport and the safety cover; the school offers a wind guarantee, unusable hours being carried over or refunded. Children under twelve join their parents free of charge, subject to availability.

Beyond kitesurfing and wingfoiling, the school runs surf lessons on the ocean spots, stand up paddle outings on the flat water of the lagoon and desert excursions (4×4 kite safaris, dunes, picnics). It claims an eco-responsible approach, which it justifies by having no permanent base and by briefing every rider on the fragility of the lagoon and Sahara ecosystems.

The main Dakhla base is open from March to October, the period when the wind is described as most consistent.

From November to February the school moves to its secondary bases in Essaouira, Oualidia, Casablanca and Tangier. No opening hours are published: sessions are scheduled the day before according to wind and tide, and booking is by form, WhatsApp or email.
