School Presentation
École de Surf Côte Française Vieux-Boucau is the ESCF network's branch on Sablères beach, the north beach of Vieux-Boucau, at the foot of the dune. It is run by Thomas Espil (EIRL) and his team of state-qualified instructors.
Group lessons last 1.5 hours, in groups of up to 8 formed by age and level (beginner, intermediate, advanced), from age 6 for children who can keep their head out of the water. Board and wetsuit are provided. The school offers session cards, courses (Passion, Intensive) and individual or small-group coaching.
Rental without lessons covers foam and hard surfboards and wetsuits, from two hours to a week. The school displays the Qualité Tourisme label and runs four departures per tide, depending on the sandbank and weather.
