Surfschule Haffkrug

Surfschule Haffkrug sits right on the beach at Strandallee 64 in Haffkrug (municipality of Scharbeutz) on the Bay of Lübeck. The spot is sheltered by a stone breakwater, with fine sand and a shallow entry, which makes it a reassuring place for beginners and children.

The school teaches windsurfing, wing surfing (wing foil) and stand up paddling, from taster sessions to advanced courses, with options for children, adults and small groups. All equipment (board, sail, wing, wetsuit) is included in the course prices. The beginner windsurfing course is 10 hours over 4 days (2.5 hours Monday to Thursday, maximum 12 people). No experience is needed, but you must be able to swim. The school also rents equipment and offers group packages (company events, birthdays, stag and hen parties).

The season runs from May to September: the team is on site every day, weather permitting, from 10 am to 6 pm. Meet at the beach station about 10 minutes before the lesson.
