Lagoa da Fortaleza is a coastal lagoon located near Cidreira, on the coast of Rio Grande do Sul. This flat and sheltered body of water offers ideal conditions for flat water kitesurfing and foiling. NE and east winds dominate. The lagoon is shallow and waveless, creating a safe environment for beginners. A popular spot among gaucho kitesurfers.
