Dropkite

Dropkite is a kitesurf school offering lessons and kitetrips. Its Google listing places it at Lagoa do Armazém, Av. Fernandes Bastos 5100, in Tramandaí (Rio Grande do Sul); the school's website does not state where lessons take place.

Teaching is offered in three levels: Discovery (4 h of lessons), Intermediate (6 h) and Advanced (10 h, the best seller). Equipment (kite, board, harness and safety gear) is provided. Recommended minimum age is 12 with at least 40 kg; lessons cancelled because of bad weather are rescheduled at no cost.

The school was founded by instructor Cristian, who reports more than 7 years of experience and an international certification. For 2026 it also runs 6-day kitetrips to Cumbuco (Ceará): beachfront accommodation, 10 h of lessons, Fortaleza airport transfers and trips to the local spots, from June to December.
