Access from the N2 or the coastal road. Parking at the lagoon edge. Kite schools and rentals on site.
The dominant wind is the NE (summer trade wind), blowing directly onto the lagoon. Reliable thermal wind in the afternoon (15-25 knots). Rideable year-round, best October to April.
Few dangers. Be cautious if the river mouth is open (currents). Hippos rarely reported. Power lines nearby in some areas.
