Ossies Surf Shop

Ossies Surf Shop is a surf shop in Newport on the Oregon coast, right across from Agate Beach. It started in 1998 on the headland at Otter Rock, and later opened at Agate Beach after first renting boards to visitors in the area.

It sells surfboards (shortboards, fish, mid-lengths, longboards, soft tops), paddleboards, skimboards and bodyboards, plus wetsuits, apparel and accessories. The shop also does ding repair and takes gear trade-ins.

It rents boards and wetsuits as packages or separately, with performance boards to demo for experienced surfers, and offers surf lessons with local instructors. A private van camping spot is also available behind the shop, steps from the beach.
