Strictly Hardcore Surf Specialties

Strictly Hardcore Surf Specialties has been a surf shop in Galveston, Texas, since 1985. The original concept was revived in 2008 with the reopening of Strictly Hardcore Surf & Shape at the corner of 37th Street and Avenue R.

Owner James Fulbright has shaped boards at the shop for nearly three decades: visitors can watch shaping first-hand and browse a selection of surfboards, skateboards, board bags, apparel, wetsuits, footwear and accessories. The shop is also the exclusive home of merchandise for Tanker Surf Charters. The website posts a daily surf report from the 28th Street Jetty.
