Pranik Kite Club Isla Blanca

Pranik Kite Club is a kite club and school that teaches at Isla Blanca, on the lagoon north of Cancún. It also has a base in Puerto Morelos, from which sessions are planned around the wind. Its website highlights the instructor Alex, who is highly rated by students.

Lessons follow the IKO method, step by step: safety, kite control and wind awareness, then body drag, first rides on the board and independent riding. The club offers a 3-hour group introduction, private progression lessons (upwind riding, transitions, relaunch, self-rescue) and coaching for more advanced riders: foil, wing foil, jumps, waves and downwinders. It also gives gear advice, with a small shop, and runs seasonal road trips to other spots.
