École de surf Hendaia

The Hendaia surf school, created in 2003 on Hendaye beach, was the first structure in town to bring together independent instructors. It announces opening until 1 November 2026, then from 14 November to 26 December 2026.

It offers group lessons (maximum 8 students per instructor, from age 5), private lessons (maximum 4 people), surf and stand-up paddle courses with sliding prices, an all-inclusive one-week Surf Camp Kids, a Surf Camp for groups and families with accommodation at the Bella Vista centre, board rental and gifts. The disciplines are shortboard, longboard, bodyboard and stand-up paddle.

Instructors are independent professionals with the state diploma, each specialising in one discipline. The school holds the Famille Plus label. It is open from 8am to 8pm in July-August and from 9am to 6pm from April to October; booking is online.
