Duotone Pro Center Kalpitiya is a kitesurf and wing foil centre on the Kalpitiya lagoon in north-west Sri Lanka. It operates within the Rascals Kite Resort, which accommodates guests, and carries Duotone and Ion products.
Kitesurf lessons are taught by IKO-certified instructors on flat water, with no more than two students per instructor and VHF radios. The beginner course lasts nine hours over three days, Duotone equipment included; improver and advanced lessons are also available. The centre rents kitesurf and wing foil equipment, runs trips and downwinders, and has a shop with new and used gear. Kitefoil is also on the programme.
A free boat shuttle runs to the Kalpitiya lagoon spot. Kayaks and paddle boards are free to use, and the centre has a restaurant, a pool and a chill-out area. Kitesurfing in front of the centre is recommended for experienced riders only.

Daily 9:30 am to 6:30 pm during the windy season: 1 May to 15 October and 15 December to 15 March. Booking advised; equipment is hired only under the supervision of the school staff.
