Praia Kitesurf Colombia is a kitesurf school based in Riohacha, in the La Guajira department. It teaches in Riohacha, Mayapo, the Mayapo lagoon and Cabo de la Vela, three of the main kitesurfing areas on Colombia's northern coast.
