Ostwind Segelsport

Ostwind Segelsport is a watersports school in Hohwacht on the Baltic coast, running since 1985. It trains in sailing (basic course, planing dinghy, Hobie Cat, children's courses) and prepares for boat licences, but it also teaches windsurfing, kitesurfing, wingfoiling and stand up paddling.

Windsurf courses include basic courses of about twenty hours a week, which can end with the VDWS basic exam, six-hour weekend courses and taster sessions. The school rents equipment and also offers stays in two partner hotels in Hohwacht and group accommodation.

The centre is open every day, weekends included, from about 9 am to 7 pm.
