School Presentation
Rabat Beach Culture, or RBC, is a surf school and ocean academy based on Oudayas beach, in the row of units lined up at the foot of the Kasbah. It teaches surfing with instructors it describes as ISA certified, in 90-minute sessions running from the first pop-up on foam boards to lineup positioning with video analysis, and operates seven days a week subject to tide and swell conditions. Board and wetsuit are included in every package.
Three activities round out the surfing. Open-water sea swimming, supervised by water-safety coaches, for children, teenagers and adults, one to one, in pairs or in groups. Guided stand-up paddle tours of an hour and a half up the Bouregreg river along the 12th-century ramparts and out to the river mouth, with carbon paddle and wetsuit provided. And RBC School, a youth academy advertised since 2011 for ages 6 to 18, combining surfing, swimming and lifesaving, with weekly competition training and a lifesaving certification.
The club is also part of the life of the beach, where it ran a Kids Surf School event on 28 July 2026. Bookings go through the website form or WhatsApp.

- Morning session: 9:00 - 11:00
- Midday session: 11:30 - 14:00
- Afternoon session: 14:30 - 16:00

Surfing, 90-minute sessions, board and wetsuit included:
- Group lesson: 100 MAD per session, 400 MAD for 5, 800 MAD for 10
- Private lesson: 150 MAD per session, 700 MAD for 5, 1,200 MAD for 10
- 20% off per person for groups or families of 4 and up
Sea swimming, one-hour sessions, gear included:
- One to one: 200 MAD per lesson, 550 MAD for 3, 900 MAD for 5
- Pairs, per person: 150 MAD per lesson, 400 MAD for 3, 600 MAD for 5
- Groups, per person: 100 MAD per lesson, 280 MAD for 3, 450 MAD for 5
Stand-up paddle: 500 MAD for 3 guided 90-minute tours, board, carbon paddle, leash and wetsuit included.
RBC School, ages 6 to 18, plus 150 MAD insurance: 400 MAD per month, 1,800 MAD for six months, 3,000 MAD for the year with seven-day-a-week access.
