School Presentation
Salty Spiekeroog is a VDWS-certified surf and kitesurf school with a beach bar on the North Sea island of Spiekeroog (Slurpad 11). It is operated by Holstein/Reuter GbR. The equipment is Duotone, and the instructors are licensed.
The school teaches kitesurfing, in an area of wide standing-depth sandbanks and steady wind, wave surfing and skimboarding. Surf lessons usually take place about two hours before high tide, and skimboards can be rented by the day. Stand up paddling and SUP yoga run depending on the weather, with independent yoga teachers. The beach bar is open from 11:30 am to 5 pm, closed on Fridays.
The 2026 course season is over; courses resume in May 2027, with online booking coming soon.
