Tidens Surfhuus Langeoog

Tidens Surfhuus is the surf and kite school on the North Sea island of Langeoog. It is VDWS licensed and runs its station on the island's west beach (Hunpad access) from mid-April to mid-October. The team, based on the island since 2022, stresses a family atmosphere.

You can learn wave surfing, wing surfing and wing foiling, windsurfing, kitesurfing and stand up paddling, in taster sessions, courses or private lessons. Rental and school equipment is current model year, from brands such as North, Severne and Tabou. In windsurfing, the taster lasts 1.5 hours (maximum 10 people), followed by a 4-hour beginner course over two days, the 10-hour VDWS basic course over five days and advanced courses.

In winter, between 15 October and 15 April, the beach station is not set up, but the instructors, who live on the island, offer to surf together on request, provided you have the right level and winter equipment.

In season (15 April to 15 October), the west beach station (Hunpad access) is open daily from 10 am to 6 pm; outside opening hours or when the team is on the water, you can leave a message.
