Tayyurt Surf School

Tayyurt Surf School is a surf school based in Anza, the coastal district just north of Agadir's harbour. It was founded by a woman from Agadir with a passion for surfing, and is built around a family feel and Amazigh roots: the welcome, the cooking and the cultural outings matter as much as the time in the water.

Lessons run from complete beginner to advanced. The school advertises professional, certified instructors, new and well-kept equipment (boards and wetsuits) and, in the camp package, video analysis. Three formats are offered: surf lessons by the session, an all-inclusive stay (accommodation, meals, coaching or guiding, local transport and video feedback), or accommodation only with breakfast, to which activities can be added. Airport pickup from Agadir and transfers to the spots are included in the stays.

Tayyurt houses its students in its own place, Tayyurt Surf Camp: a shared room, twin rooms and a 40 m² suite with a fully equipped kitchen, patio, terrace and balcony looking out over the sea, the mountains and the city. Around the surfing, the school runs yoga and excursions: Paradise Valley, sandboarding in the Sahara, hammam and massage, quad biking, jet ski, camel or horse riding, Imsouane, Legzira beach, Essaouira, Marrakech and Taroudant.
