Agadir Surf School

Agadir Surf School has been teaching surfing on Agadir beach since 2014, opposite the Les Dunes d'Or hotel. The business also trades as Surf & Chill Agadir, with a second website and a second email address: it is one and the same school, and both sites publish the same phone number.

Lessons are taught in groups of no more than six per instructor, as family sessions, one to one or as advanced coaching, from the first take-off through to reading peaks and turning on the wave. A session lasts two hours, at least an hour and a half of it in the water, and opens with a warm-up and a theory briefing: stance, pop-up, wave selection, water safety and line-up etiquette. Board and wetsuit are provided, coaching is available in English, French, German and Arabic, and a transfer from Agadir hotels is offered.

The school also sells surf camp weeks with accommodation: seven nights, breakfasts, six coached sessions, equipment and daily transfers to the Taghazout and Imsouane spots, with photo feedback and spot guiding. Under the Surf & Chill name it additionally advertises kitesurf lessons for all levels, and the Surf & Yoga Camp runs surf in the morning and kitesurf in the afternoon when the wind picks up. The team is led by head coach Othman, with Simo (surf and yoga) and Moha (guide).

Reception announced from 9am to 6pm on Agadir beach, opposite Les Dunes d'Or. No opening or closing season is published.
