Dakhla PK 25 is a 42-bungalow camp hotel at kilometre point 25 on the El Argoub road, on the western shore of the Dakhla lagoon, directly facing Dragon Island. It belongs to the Dakhla Hospitality Group and bills itself as Morocco's first boutique sports hotel, built on the experience of its sister base Dakhla Attitude. The bungalows, from single to quadruple, each have a private garden and a terrace opening onto the lagoon.
Its watersports base is one of the four sites of Dakhla's single Duotone Pro Center. It opens straight onto flat water with steady side shore wind, which suits first lessons as much as freestyle and foiling. The published fleet: Duotone kites from 3 to 17 m, Duotone twintips, surfboards and strapless boards in all sizes, Duotone wings, Fanatic wing foil boards and SUPs, ION accessories, and Click Bars and Trust Bars included in the rental range. Instructors are IKO and IWO certified, teaching is deliberately kept to private or semi-private lessons, and three rescue boats cover the lagoon.
The centre offers storage for personal equipment, a washing and drying area, lockers, hot showers, safe private parking and a Duotone / ION / Fanatic shop. The hotel side adds a restaurant and bar, a spa, padel courts and excursions from the camp — Dragon Island, the White Dune, the lagoon oyster farm, the Imlili area and Porto Rico beach. Dedicated programmes are published: Kids Kite Camp, Pro Camp, Young Generation, a kite-and-wing Combo pack, and wing foil downwinders.
Watersports base rates, in Moroccan dirhams, per person, published without a reference year but with season windows dated to the day. The grid is shared by the four sites of the Dakhla Duotone Pro Center.
Any unused balance on a pre-booked activity can only be spent at the watersports base; whatever is left is reissued as a named voucher valid for two years.
The watersports base is open all year; the hotel does not publish daily opening hours for the centre. It claims 330 windy days a year on the lagoon.
Rate seasons at the base: high season from 14 March to 30 June, 25 July to 27 August, 5 September to 8 November and 23 December to 4 January; standard season from 1 February to 13 March, 1 to 24 July, 28 August to 4 September and 9 to 23 November; low season from 5 to 31 January and 24 November to 22 December.
