Ride With The Gods

Ride With The Gods is a windsurf, kitesurf, wingfoil and SUP station between Mikri Vigla and Kastraki on Naxos, on a sandy beach about 1.5 km long. The website presents it as a beach with clear water and steady wind, open to beginners and experienced riders.

Windsurf and kitesurf lessons are private or in small groups (2 to 4 people for kitesurfing, maximum 3 for windsurfing), taught by VDWS-certified instructors. The beginner windsurf package (6 hours in three 2-hour sessions) aims at independence; the recommended minimum age is 7. Wingfoil and SUP (for windless days) are also offered.

Windsurf gear is Tabou (boards from 76 to 210 L) and Gaastra (sails from 1.0 to 6.4 m²); kitesurf is Gaastra (kites and boards) with ION helmets and vests; wingfoil is Gaastra and Tabou. The station also hosts BJJ/judo and yoga camps on a shaded tatami.
