Kitesurfing Kos

Kitesurfing Kos is a VDWS-certified kitesurf and wing foil school with stations on several spots of Kos island: Mastichari, Marmari (Golden Beach, about 800 m east of the village near the Caravia Beach hotel) and Kohilari. According to its website the centre was founded in 1992 by a German tour operator.

The offer includes kitesurf and wing foil lessons by VDWS instructors, rental, on-site storage, a rescue and support boat for lessons, a shuttle between spots and the option of obtaining the VDWS licence. At Marmari the centre also offers wing foil, SUP, windsurfing and catamaran.

Kite equipment is from Naish, Cabrinha and SU-2; wing foil equipment from Ensis, Fanatic and Flysurfer. The centre also runs boat trips and events.
