We Love Kite is a kitesurfing and wingfoiling school based in Canet-en-Roussillon since 2013. It is run by Steve Guerrier, a state-qualified instructor (BPJEPS, kite and wing), who teaches in French and English and previously ran water-sports activities abroad, notably in Vietnam. Kite lessons take place in the kitesurf zone at Pont des Basses, south of Canet: in shallow water from the beach, or in deep water from the school's boat, which also serves as a simulator (boat-towed riding to practise the water start). Students are linked to the instructor by radio.
For kitesurfing, the school offers sessions and courses from first steps to independence, private or two-person lessons, advanced coaching (freeride, jumps, strapless surf), supervised sessions for independent riders, downwinders with boat drop-off (groups of 2 to 5), a three-session kitefoil course and a one-hour boat-towed foil discovery. Equipment and insurance are included in the prices.
Wingfoiling is taught under a second brand run by the same operator, Wingfoil 66 (wingfoil66.com, same phone number and email), set up in 2020 and dedicated solely to wingfoiling: a three-session discovery course, a five-session independence course, single sessions, boat-towed foiling and rental for independent riders. Depending on the wind, lessons take place at sea in Canet, launching from the Les Voiles Blanches beach club with the safety boat, or on the shallow lagoons of Le Barcarès and Leucate. Up to four students per session; the equipment provided includes 2026 F-One wings with booms, rigid carbon boards, O'Neill wetsuits, a helmet and a radio.

The school is open all year round (the Perpignan Méditerranée tourist office lists it as open from 1 January to 31 December 2026).
Session times are set day by day according to the wind; boat-towed foil sessions run every day, often in the morning.
