7ª Essência Escola de Surf - Milfontes

7ª Essência is a surf and bodyboard school launched in 2005, one of the oldest schools accredited by the Portuguese Surfing Federation. Based in Linda-a-Velha (Lisbon), it also teaches in Ericeira and, in summer, in Vila Nova de Milfontes.

In Milfontes, inside the Southwest Alentejo Natural Park, the school only gives surf, bodyboard and stand up paddle lessons, from May to September, on wild beaches around the town. Students can ask for transport. Booking is through the website form, choosing Vila Nova de Milfontes as the lesson location.
