Original Surf School Vilamoura

The Original Surf School in Vilamoura was founded in 2004, after its founder had worked as a surf teacher in Peniche from 1999 to 2003. The school specialises in introducing people to surfing and teaches on Vilamoura's beaches: the Marina de Vilamoura beach, Falesia beach (Rocha Baixinha) and the Alfamar area, which the school considers among the best places to learn in the region.

It is certified by the Portuguese Surfing Federation (no. 438) and highlights experienced, certified instructors. Since 2014 the school has been involved in adaptive surfing and offers inclusive surf sessions.
