The CEAR sailing school in Santander is attached to the Royal Spanish Sailing Federation (RFEV) and based at the Príncipe Felipe high-performance sailing centre on calle Gamazo, Santander.
It offers dinghy sailing courses for children and adults (level 1 introduction, boats such as the Optimist, FEVA or ILCA) and, as of the 2026 season, wingfoil lessons: an introductory course to discover wing foiling from scratch, then a supervised regular-practice programme ("Wing Foil Ocio") for riders aged 16 and over, with equipment supplied and a safety technician.
The centre also runs multi-activity campuses during school holidays and offers accommodation.

Wing Foil Ocio: morning slot Monday to Friday 12:00-14:00; afternoon slot Tuesday to Sunday 15:00-17:00 (maximum 3 riders per slot). 2026 season courses start on 4 May.
