Bunker Bay is a kitesurf spot located in the Margaret River region, near Dunsborough, in Western Australia. This sheltered bay offers a white sand beach with crystal-clear waters, in a pristine natural setting within Leeuwin-Naturaliste National Park. The prevailing south to southwest winds blow regularly in summer. The bay offers some protection from Indian Ocean swells, creating calmer conditions than the exposed coastal beaches. The spot is suitable for intermediate riders. Parking is available at the national park (paid entry). Facilities are limited on site but Dunsborough is nearby. Watch out for coral reefs and rocks in the bay.
