Cabedelo is the most renowned kitesurfing spot in Paraiba, located at the mouth of the Paraiba River. The spot offers a flat water body protected by reefs on the ocean side, with powerful and consistent southeast wind. Cabedelo is an excellent spot for all levels thanks to its shallow and flat waters. It is a popular starting point for downwind runs along the coast.
