Regina Beach is a spot at the southern end of Last Mountain Lake, Saskatchewan's longest natural lake. The town of Regina Beach is the most popular beach resort in the Regina area, just 45 minutes from the provincial capital. The spot offers considerable northerly fetch along the lake's 100 km for the prevailing northwest winds. The sandy beach and shallow waters near shore facilitate learning. Lively summer atmosphere with shops and restaurants.

100 km fetch generating 1 m+ waves in strong wind. Violent and sudden prairie thunderstorms. Cold water in spring/fall. Very busy swimming area in summer — watch for swimmers. Boat traffic. Algae in late summer.
