Overview
H2O Extreme is an IKO school at Diani Beach (Kenya), open since 2003. The Kaskazi season (mid-December to mid-March) brings north to north-east wind, the Kuzi season (June to mid-September) south to south-east wind; a guide describes always side-shore and regular winds. The water is flat and shallow at low tide, with chop and a small shorebreak at high tide.
