The prevailing wind comes from the northwest to west in summer. The estuary offers calm and sheltered conditions. The water is shallow with a sandy bottom. The spot is very urban and accessible. The best season is from November to March. The spot is suitable for beginners. The water is cold, a thick wetsuit is required. Watch out for maritime traffic in the estuary.
