Messolongi is a kitesurfing spot located in the Messolongi lagoon, on the west coast of central Greece. This vast lagoon offers a flat and shallow body of water, perfect for kitesurfing. The spot benefits from west to northwest winds that blow regularly in summer. The Messolongi lagoon is one of the largest wetlands in Greece and offers ideal conditions for beginners thanks to its shallow waters and flat body of water. The natural setting is exceptional with remarkable birdlife.
