Pateros is a kitesurfing spot at the confluence of the Methow River and the Columbia River in central Washington State, at 241m elevation. This mountain spot offers a river body of water surrounded by semi-arid hills. Winds channeled through the Methow and Columbia valleys provide rideable conditions.
