Northwest thermal wind blows regularly at 15-25 knots in summer. Conditions are similar to other sections of Lincoln City beach.
Hazards
Dangerous sneaker waves on this exposed Pacific beach. Powerful rip currents on outgoing tide. Massive driftwood on the beach. Coastal fog that can reduce visibility suddenly. Very cold water risking hypothermia. Watch for other beach users (walkers, swimmers). Some occasional rocks in this beach section.
