About

Pura Vida is a surf shop, surf school and board repair and custom-making workshop at 32 avenue du Marensin in Léon (Landes). The team is made up of Florian and seasonal staff who rotate each year.

The school offers 2-hour lessons in groups of up to 8 people, from age 6, in French, English, German and Spanish, with wetsuits and soft boards provided: single lessons, weekly courses and private lessons. The workshop repairs boards on site and helps with custom board building.

Equipment rental: surfboards and longboards (soft or fibre), bodyboards, fins, wetsuits, skimboards and stand up paddle. Holiday vouchers accepted.

Soft surfboard or longboard rental: 10 € half-day, 15 € day, 70 € week; bodyboard: 5 € / 10 € / 40 €; wetsuit: 5 € / 8 € / 40 €; stand up paddle: 15 € / 20 € / 90 €.
