Wave Hunter Surf & Skate Shop

Wave Hunter is a surf and skate shop in Rabat, at 39 Avenue Sidi Fatteh, inside the medina — the pedestrian street running down from the Oudayas kasbah towards the Océan district. It is one of only two boardsports shops in the city, away from the row of clubs on Oudayas beach where the teaching is concentrated.

The shop covers the two disciplines in its name, surf and skate, and lists itself under sports and recreation. It can be reached by phone and email, and gathers a little over 2,600 followers on its official page. It kits out the surfers of Oudayas beach, five hundred metres away, and those of Témara and Harhoura to the south.

The shop has been around: it already had its own website in 2011, announced at the time by the Surf Legend Maroc blog, and that site is long gone. Its range, its brands and its opening hours are not published: they have to be established on site or by phone.
