Rip Curl Casablanca Maarif

Rip Curl Casablanca Maarif is the brand's main store in Morocco, at 6 rue Al-Manaziz, opposite the Marjane exit of the Twin Center. It is also the registered address of Surfer, the importer and distributor of Rip Curl in the country, which states in its site footer that it imports and distributes the best boardsports and yoga brands in Morocco. The network comprises eight company-owned stores, from Rabat to Agadir, and five authorised dealers.

The store carries the brand's full range: full wetsuits and shorties, UV rash vests, booties, hoods, neoprene jackets and impact vests, swimwear and boardshorts, men's, women's and children's clothing, bags and travel luggage, watches, sunglasses and sun creams. The hardware section covers surfing — boards, softboards, fins, leashes, grips, wax, board bags, repair kits, earplugs — plus bodyboarding, skateboarding, stand up paddle, kayaking and yoga.

This network is also the route by which wingfoil gear reaches Morocco, where it is still thinly distributed: Alizé wings, complete Aquilon foils, Aria boards and helmets, all from the in-house line. The section belongs to the national catalogue and is not broken down store by store; as Maarif is the head office, it is the safest address for a specific part. Casablanca has a second store of the chain, the clearance outlet on rue Bougainville, a kilometre and a half to the north.

Monday to Saturday 10 am to 8 pm, Sunday 11 am to 6 pm.
