Surfside

Surfside is a water sports store at Luzernerstrasse 14 in Ebikon, in the Lucerne area, a short drive from Zug and Zurich. Run by Surfside GmbH, entered in the commercial register in February 2025, it sells in store and through its online shop surfside-shop.ch. The store has a lounge area, a harness test station and a ventilated fitting room; children and dogs are welcome.

The range covers kitesurfing, wing foiling and parawing, foiling and pump foiling, windsurfing, wakeboarding, surfing and stand up paddling, alongside skateboards, snowboards, clothing and accessories. Kites, wings, boards and foils come mainly from North and Slingshot, with Axis as well; wetsuits, harnesses and vests from Mystic, Ride Engine, Prolimit and O'Neill, among others. For purchases of at least CHF 500, the shop will consider a counter-offer against a price seen abroad.

Surfside handles repairs of wings, kites, windsurf sails and surf and SUP boards (request via the online form, photo of the damage by email), carried out with professional sailmakers and shapers. The shop does not rent out equipment: it organises test days and refers customers to its partner school Swiss Kitesurf in Silvaplana for rental, in-season testing and kite camps abroad (Soma Bay, Egypt, in October and November 2026); test fees there are credited against a purchase at Surfside. It also hosts events, such as a wing and foil advice day with a North and Slingshot specialist on 26 September 2026.
