Centre Nautique de Fréhel

Centre Nautique de Fréhel is located at the Équinoxe roundabout in Sables-d'Or-les-Pins, on the main beach between Cap Fréhel and Cap d'Erquy. Its website offers a 2025 brochure and announces volunteer days in 2026 as well as All Saints' holiday courses.

Sailing and gliding craft include Erplast XS and M catamarans, the Hobie Cat 16 (from age 15), windsurfing, WingSurf (from 8), WingFoil (from 14) and Efoil. For outings: kayak, paddle, nautical hikes and a "Sunrise Kayak" trip from 8:00 to 10:00, with the Sables-d'Or lagoon and the Saint-Michel islet lagoon as playgrounds. Land yachting takes place on the beach, alone, with family or in a group. Children are welcome from age 4: Moussaillon (4-6, Wednesday 10:00-12:00), Optimist and Multiglisse (7-12, Wednesday 14:15-16:45). The centre also offers swimming, coastal lifesaving, aquagym, aquaphobia support, aquatic walking, private lessons, a beach club and rental.

The centre is labelled École française de voile and Spot nautique, open all year, and validates FFV levels 3 and 4 during the All Saints' courses.
