École de surf H2O

École de surf H2O has been welcoming students on the Basque Coast since 1996. In season, check-in is at a wooden hut on the sand of the Uhabia main beach in Bidart, a lifeguarded beach; off season, instructors take groups to the best spots along the coast by minibus.

The offer includes discovery and introductory sessions or courses, improvement sessions or courses, a Surf Premium option and private lessons, for adults and children. A typical session lasts about 2 hours on site, including 1 hour 30 in the water, with board, seasonal wetsuit and leash provided.

Lessons are given by qualified instructors, every day and all year round, including during winter school holidays. The school applies an in-house H2O quality charter and a health protocol referenced with the French Surfing Federation.
