School Presentation
Flow Surf Costa Rica is a surf school based on Dominicalito beach, on the South Pacific coast near Dominical. Lead coach Jordy Mendez was born and raised in Dominical, surfed competitively for years and has taught as an ISA Level 2 instructor since 2010. He is also a local lifeguard trained in aquatic rescue and CPR.
The school offers beginner surf lessons, coaching sessions for intermediate and advanced surfers, and tailor-made surf camps. The break, tide and board are matched to each surfer's level. Sessions take place at Dominicalito, Dominical or Playa Hermosa de Osa depending on conditions. Beginner lessons have at most three surfers per instructor, with board and equipment included.
Flow can also build the whole trip around the surfing: two rental homes (a beach house at Dominicalito and an ocean-view villa), local adventures (waterfalls, whale watching, rafting) and transfers.

Schedule
Sessions follow the day's tide: beginners at Dominicalito about three hours after low tide, experienced surfers about one hour before high tide. Booking by WhatsApp or email.

Prices are listed in Costa Rican colones (CRC), year not stated:
- 2-hour surf lesson, public group: 40,000 CRC per person
- 2-hour lesson, private group: 45,000 CRC per person
- Private 1-on-1 lesson: 50,000 CRC
- Coaching, single session with photos: 50,000 CRC
- 3-day package: 150,000 CRC; 5-day package: 250,000 CRC
A 50% deposit by PayPal is required, the balance preferably in cash.
