School Presentation
Pines Surfing Academy is a surf school in the Illawarra region, south of Sydney. It teaches at North Beach in Wollongong, at Shellharbour and at The Farm, the beach in Killalea State Park known for its beginner-friendly waves.
The offer covers kids, adults and families: group lessons, private and semi-private lessons, family lessons, an eight-week after-school programme, school-holiday camps, school programmes and corporate experiences. A "Sisters of the Sea" programme and overseas surf trips (Bali, Sri Lanka, Philippines) round it out.
Instructors are ASI qualified and teach ocean safety, wave etiquette, board positioning and wave knowledge; equipment is included. The school also runs a surf shop in Shellharbour.
