Yallingup Surf School is a surf school in Yallingup, in the south-west of Western Australia. It has been run since 2008 by Crystal Wallace, a Yallingup local who has been coaching for nineteen years, including in California and around the world.
The school welcomes beginners as well as surfers aiming for competition: kids, families, tourists, corporate groups and school classes. It offers group lessons, individual and two-person lessons, private group lessons, a three-day course and lessons for young children. All equipment is provided: surfboards, learner boards, accessories and full-length wetsuits.
The lesson spot depends on surf conditions: Smiths Beach (the gear is waiting on the beach under a permit), Yallingup Lagoon and Reef, or Bunker Bay. Booking is essential.
