Harana Surf School is the surf school of Harana Surf Resort at Tuason Point in General Luna, Siargao. It brings together surfers and instructors born and raised on the island.
The beginner course includes a daily classroom theory session (gear selection, reading tides and swell, safety) followed by in-water training: reading and choosing waves, popping up and paddling into your own waves. The course follows the ISA-certified curriculum and is moderated by members of SISA (Siargao Island Surfers Association). The five-day course comes with a certificate of participation, notes and a video analysis. A personalised intermediate course, which starts with an interview and a guided session, and one-to-one surf guiding are also offered.
The resort also supports promising young island surfers on the national tour (PSCT).

Prices shown in Philippine pesos (year not stated), for beginner courses: 1 day, 2,500 PHP (2 h in the water); 3 days, 7,500 PHP (6 h); 5 days, 12,000 PHP (10 h); extra hour, 500 PHP.
