Jawaï Kite School

Jawaï Kite School is a kitesurfing and wingfoil school established since 2019 on the Jaï beach in Marignane, on the Étang de Berre. It presents itself as the only water-sports base in the Bouches-du-Rhône offering kitesurfing on an enclosed body of water, with more than 250 windy days a year. More than 450 Google reviews are displayed, the latest dating from May 2026.

The main centre is at 119 avenue Henri Fabre (Marignane) and a second centre, the Jawaï Fun Center, is at the Albert Sanson harbour in Berre-l'Étang. The school is open from March to November, 7 days a week, and speaks French, English, Spanish and German.

Disciplines are kitesurfing (pay-as-you-go sessions, courses, private lessons, kitefoil, guided sailing), wingfoil (pay-as-you-go, course, towed foil, downwind), electric foil and towed sports (wake, towed foil, towed surf, towed buoy). Lessons are given with no age limit, with tailored teaching and radio equipment for individual follow-up.
