AVCR – Association Voile Carry-le-Rouet

The Association Voile Carry-le-Rouet (AVCR) runs the sailing school at Rouet beach on the Côte Bleue near Marseille. Its website shows a 2026 copyright, announces the autumn 2026 courses and registration opening for the 2026-2027 season.

The school offers year-round sailing to discover or improve, private lessons, school sailing, Monday-to-Friday holiday courses and equipment rental. It teaches Optimist, dinghy (Laser, Fusion), windsurfing, windfoil and wing foil; a WhatsApp group serves wingfoil practitioners.

The AVCR is also a racing club (Optimist, Laser, windsurfing, wingfoil, windfoil, keelboat, 420, match race, catamaran). One of its members won the 2022 IWSA wingfoil racing championship. Sails are repaired by the Zigzag sailmaker in Marseille, and the association is supported by the town, the Department, the Sud Region and the national sports agency.
