Muriwai Surf School

Muriwai Surf School is a family-owned and operated surf school on Auckland's west coast, about forty minutes' drive from the city centre. It has been teaching surfing for over twenty years, and its surf shack is less than a minute's walk from Muriwai Beach.

The school offers lessons for beginners, intermediates and advanced surfers, kids and school programmes, events, a surf camp and bus pick-ups. It also rents boards and equipment, and offers blokart.

Muriwai gets consistent waves all year round, with the best surf in the summer months.

Open daily from 10am to 6pm, all year round.
