PBKiteboarding

PBKiteboarding is a kiteboarding school and shop in Toronto, run by Paul, an instructor active since 2004. It teaches kitesurfing, wing foiling, parawing and snowkiting (kite skiing) year round, seven days a week, at Cherry Beach and Woodbine Beach.

The instructor is PASA certified. Lessons are mostly one-on-one rather than in large groups: the first lesson lasts two hours and is held entirely on the beach with a trainer kite, no wetsuit, with a maximum of four students. The next steps (PBK2, PBK3) take place on separate days.

The shop sells and repairs gear: kites, boards, foils, wings and snowkite equipment, mainly from Ozone and F-One. There is no online booking: students call the school directly for rates and sign-up.
